Tue-coq La Fourmi

If this little knife with a short and pointed blade is called a tue-coq (rooster-killer in French!) it is, in reality, much more multipurpose than that!  Not only is it useful for peeling and slicing vegetables (garlic and shallots especially), its sharp blade is excellent for boning chicken.  A truly indispensable tool for all those who love cooking!
