Christmas Restock
Hello all,
Just a bulletin to let you know that we've restocked many of your favorite items: Paring knives from Au Sabot and La Fourmi, our olive wood tomato knives and becs d'oiseau, our carbon steel saigne-volailles - all great ideas for holiday gift giving!
Lockdown
Hello friends,
It is my misfortune to announce that we are once again in lockdown, and thus unable to go to our regular markets. While I'm sure those of you familiar with the excellence of our knives and kitchen tools would, like us, disagree with the classification of our merchandise as non-essential, that is, sadly, the official qualification, and we are thus obliged to suspend our business until the end of this period of quarantine.
However, you can of course continue to purchase your favorite products right here! If you want something that isn't in our boutique, please don't hesitate to contact us.
A big thank-you for all of your support, and we hope to see you before too much longer!

Thiers
I'd like to share with you a couple of photos I took on our last trip to Thiers.
We replenished our stock of l'Ostréo, the nicest of Oyster knives, and bought a whole lot more of our best-selling tomato knife, with both red and olivewood handles.
The last picture is a snap I took of the beginning of Auvergne's volcanic chain. Hopefully next time the weather will be a bit more cooperative!
Market Openings
We’re back! From this weekend on we will once again be bringing you our awesome selection of knives, cookware, and kitchen gadgets. Here’s our sunny stall in Sainte Foy market Saturday morning. Reminder: We will be at the Libourne market Fridays and Sundays until mid-June. After that our summer market in Cap Ferret begins June 13th.
We hope to see you soon!
